Section 2 - Compensation
The Committee on Ministry (COM)’s Clergy Compensation Subcommittee reviews and approves pastoral compensation packages and recommends terms and policies to the larger committee. COM’s annual letter has updated Terms of Call Information for congregations to see both mandatory effective salary and recommended increases for the new year, as well as an explanation of the Board of Pensions Information for the new year. Also included in this section is a worksheet to calculate pastoral compensation, and a worksheet to assess the financial strength of the congregation
