Presbytery of Hudson River Commitment
to Maintain Trust and Provide Transparency
As approved by Budget, Finance and Property April 8, 2009


1. Voluntarily submits to an annual audit by an independent accounting firm. Financial statements are presented in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.

2. Presbytery follows “Standards of Ethical Conduct” approved by the 210th General Assembly (1998) and posted on our website.

3. Presbytery strives to ensure that all fundraising efforts clearly portray the purpose of the funds to be raised and that all contributions received are used for those specific purposes.

4. Presbytery commits to posting our audited financial statements on our website and updating the information.
